Through fund management activities, DVB has been able to expand its traditional product range of senior and junior financing to land transport clients. Today, DVB can arrange each risk layer, including the equity aspect, in the financing of land transport projects.
DVB's rail funds (Stephenson Capital) invest equity in rail assets and take participations in high yielding loans/bonds/asset backed securities and mezzanine financings.
